Our services are billed directly to your insurance.
A treatment plan will be established during your first visit with the doctor. If you are in an inpatient post-acute care setting, you can expect to see the doctor 2-3x's/week as needed. Outpatient telehealth appointments will occur according to your treatment plan.
You can always expect patient centered care. Our physicians listen to the patient, their journey, and their goals. We encourage open communication and discussion towards a safe and successful discharge.
